A program designed for the owner of a Newly constructed home that needs assistance or surety as they take over their new home.
Assistance with PDI- It is natural to be both excited and overwhelmed during what is often the first time you are seeing the almost completed home. This is the best and only time to ensure builders have completed work properly. The details matter and we are there to assist by physically being at the PDI.
30day Tarion Report- You have now been in the home and noticed several things but life is busy. There is a small window to make sure items that need repair are recorded accurately so the builder can make repairs. We will come to your home and assist by listening, inspecting and documenting all items.
The One year Tarion report- This is really your last chance to get repairs completed on your new home. It takes a trained focused eye to see challenges and document them for the builder to repair.
Provide Phone support when you have an issue.
Provide trade support to complete additional work.
